I get very much tensed during exams ..
so , I get many many mouth ulcers .. all over my lipa tongue tip and inside my cheeps.. you got it nah .. any solution

It might be due to a)stress
b)vitamin deficiency due to lack of proper intake of food....its then known as apthous ulcers...

So try to remain calm during exams and take proper food...
Im not sure about Vit b complex and mouth ulcer gels.....

Whats your take on this other docs?
